I can never thank the Counties Manukau District Health Board and the Middlemore Hospital Renal Home Care team enough for giving me a second chance at life.
In January 2007 I experienced end stage renal failure and since then have required regular dialysis. After training for 4 months at Middlemore Renal Home Taining unit I commenced home dialysis three days a week for 4 hours using a Gambro AK200S machine.
